Green Beacon and ClickSoftware Unite to Deliver Mobile Workforce CRM Solution for Mid-Size Companies
Green Beacon, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM), has partnered with ClickSoftware Technologies, provider of mobile workforce management to deliver a field service management solution, enabling access to Microsoft CRM and ERP applications at anytime, anywhere.
According to a press release, this partnership aims to meet the needs of mid-sized service organizations that are aspiring to increase their customer’s satisfaction and loyalty whilst sustaining growth and profitability.
Zvi Piritz, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at ClickSoftware, said “this partnership will enable field service organizations with field engineer forces of around 50 to 500 individuals to take advantage of optimized scheduling that was previously available only to Enterprise organizations.”
Green Beacon will work with mid-market customers to implement ClickSoftware’s ClickIMRS (Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services) solution. ClickIMRS provides integration into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX (formerly Axapta), enabling mid-sized service organizations to link their field force to all parts of the business, offering equally immediate and efficient responses to customers.
