BenQ Introduces Award Winning Notebook In India



BenQ has launched the prestigious Red Dot Design Award winning S41 Joybook model in the Indian market.

The S41 Joybook features a 14.1 inch widescreen display and a fast response time of 16ms. BenQ’s exclusive Laminated Color Metal and POP art technologies allow the depiction of various designs on the Joybook’s metallic cover. The laptop further features a fine aluminum hairline finish palm rest. To further add to the visual appeal the Joybook features LEDs to display the Joybook's status.

The laptop is supported by the nVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS graphic chipset and up to 1GB of TurboCache support. The laptop offers a superior visual performance and renders the most intense 3D effects. With the nVIDIA PureVideo HD technology, the Joybook is configured for performance and support for the latest graphics and video features.

The HDMI output allows transmission of high-definition digital video of up to 1080p resolution and supports high-bandwidth, uncompressed digital audio playback via a single cable – allowing easy connection of HD enabled equipment such as HD DVD players and the latest gaming consoles for the best multimedia experience.

It is also equipped with a built-in 1.3 megapixel QEye webcam, an internal microphone with noise suppression, echo cancellation functions and cinema-class audio performance through its dual 1.5W speakers enhanced by SRS TruSurround XT technology.

It also comes pre-equipped with integrated wireless WAN, 802.11a/b/g/n wireless LAN and built-in Bluetooth 2.0. for easy connectivity with a wide range of networks and peripherals.

Carrying a price tag of Rs 47,000 the BenQ S41 is available immediately at retail outlets across Delhi.
