SUN Celebrates 500 Days Of Partnership With NIIT



The partnership of Sun Microsystems and NIIT towards improving the talent pool with skills on SUN Technologies ranging from Java, Solaris has successfully completed a milestone of 500 days.

According to the company, this partnership has evolved into the largest learning solutions provider for SUN Microsystems in the world. This achievement sets a very strategic direction to the partnership and aims at improving the availability and improvement of the talent pool on the skill sets with SUN Technologies.

An event is scheduled on 21st June 2008 at Hyderabad towards the celebration of the Partnership. The event would target Senior Managers and Technical Specialists onto a platform in a Summit Mode with a series of sessions facilitating the early adopters from the students, IT clients who have been instrumental in providing the employment Opportunities, key IT Services Organizations who have nurtured the talent pool through building SUN Certified Professionals among their staff, SUN-NIIT Academic partners from the formal education System and SUN certified trainers.

The Event is aimed at providing a glimpse of the Technical Excellence of the SUN’s offerings to the IT Sector in terms of the tools to support the developer community at large through special interactive sessions with the SUN Technical Team. The event is restricted to members of the public who are special invitees drawn from the academia, industry, students and SUN and NIIT Fraternity.
